At Park & Fifth, we want you to love your pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on eligible items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and affix to your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your parcel at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label to ensure timely processing.
Receive Your Credit
After our quality control team inspects your return, your store credit or exchange order will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
